Jinan Jilong Forging Co., Ltd. is in Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, which is known as the "Forging Capital of China". It is a regular member of the China Forging Association and the Vice President Company of Zhangqiu Forging Association. The factory covers an area of 120,000 square meters, with a registered capital of thirty million yuan and fixed assets of one hundred million yuan.
Jilong has been engaged in the forging industry for over 50 years, specializing in the development, production and sales of forgings. It has been successively recognized by the government as a high-tech enterprise, a specialized and innovative enterprise, and a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise. After years of technological transformation and upgrading, it now has three 6,300-ton hot die forging machines, two 4,000-ton hot die forging machines, two 2,500-ton hot die forging machines (Russian-made), one 2,000-ton hot die forging machine, one 1,600-ton hot die forging machine (Japan-made), one 900-ton flat die forging machine, and two 2-ton and 5-ton die forging hammers.
We can manage forging pieces ranging from 0.2 to 100 kilograms. Our annual production capacity is 30,000 tons and we have the capability to produce non-quenched and tempered steel. Our main products include engine components, automotive chassis parts, construction machinery, and agricultural machinery, totaling over one hundred varieties across four major series.
Our company possesses the capabilities of developing, designing, and manufacturing molds. We have three production lines for normalizing and tempering, four lines for controlling temperature of quenched steel, modern machining centers, gear hobbing machines, gear shaping machines and other CNC processing equipment. We also have complete physical and chemical testing facilities, enabling us to conduct tests such as high and low magnification structure, chemical composition, non-destructive testing, 3D scanning, etc.
With advanced production processes and facilities, Jilong has become a tier one supplier for well-known enterprises such as Weichai Power, China Heavy Industry, Jichai Power, XCMG, SHANTUI, John Deere, and BAIC Foton. Our products are also exported to countries and regions such as the United States, the European, and Southeast Asia.
